Estelle's still relatively new to her role as Local Biggest Goddess Around, but she's picking it up with her usual hyper-competent quickness. Also being picked up: A big huge chunk of landscape! When you're that huge and that powerful, it can be easier to inspect things by bringing them up to your level, and putting it all back together better than new isn't just simple, it's effortless. Whatever needed her attention there, she'll make sure to sort it out.
