 Oh huh. It feels like there's a lot of moisture in the air all of a  sudden. As if a sudden deluge is about to happen.  What could tha- oh  no!

Vapour can be quite a jerk.  Actually that's an understatement. She can be a lot of a jerk. And here she is doing just that, about to paw an entire city, and a few smaller macros in the process!
