Big Boy Sketches (Patreon)

I don’t remember when I first started drawing big boys, chubs, fat, large, etc men. When I first started way back when, my natural instinct was to give all my characters  muscular physiques. It was the early 90’s, no internet, black men of any kind weren’t represented much or very well when they were, so when black men finally started to be openly appreciated (note I said ‘openly’ because the sexualization of black men goes back centuries and goes hand in hand with the oppression that has come with it...). Anyway,  I’m  glad that now all types of men can feel validated by the skin they’re in (if they know where to look...) and, yeah, feel somewhat objectified...
