Me: Breasts are good, but can a creature without a lactation organ have breasts!?

Only if it’s for another purpose, but I would say no, they can’t. That’s also how I prefer my Lizard! Breastless!

Breasts on lizard people is a tough topic an example is the Xcom Viper having breasts as a Venom sac located close to the lungs for launch power (snake woman but still reptile) if the species was a result of evolution then unless they are for attracting a mate then body parts often develop for more than one reason but if the species was a result of intelligent design then anything goes any design choice can be justified with good enough lore as for my personal taste, I don't mind if a lizard person has breasts, but I do like the hourglass shape of these Keras and Melana
