Here we go again! Part 4 begins with the shrunken boys on the floor being harassed at the feet of more clueless women, but switches focus to our three tiny protagonists, and their journey deep into Natalie's stomach. This one has a deep focus on their trip into Natalie's mouth and down her throat, with more internals than I think I've ever done in a single story! These three are going to get very familiar with Natalie's insides. There's also a cameo from another character who might have also unintentionally sent some tiny people to the pit of her stomach unawares...
