Status update (Patreon)

I think something is wrong with my project management. The v9 update is looking like it might be delayed. Damn it is so frustrating to write this down...

I'm surprised at how much stuff v9 has. It has over 900 new images and 50 reworked old images. That's at least 15% more new content than our biggest update yet. The overwhelming amount of new content made me underestimate how long it would take to proofread, review, and translate it all. I think we will need an extra day or two to get everything together.

And the real problem is, why am I so surprised at my own work? I didn't keep track of how much I was doing as I was working, which might be a bad habit, and I thought this update would be about the same amount of work as the previous one. But I was wrong. I made all the images and wrote all the text myself, but I didn't realize how much I made until the update was almost done. How stupid that sounds like...

I need to reflect on the whole thing after the update is released and make an introspection post about this. I'm deeply sorry for this.
