I feel I'm on the tail end of a very difficult chapter for me, and I feel I'm coming out of it stronger and happier, less at odds with myself

We're still working on taking the adrenaline out of working, and that is taking practice and patience with myself
But I know for certain and have still held on that my greatest gift and ability is to be able to provide comfort and rest, just as you've provided me
