A dusty and quiet cave, left to memory by those who forged a prison here so long ago. Cobbled together magic and hope imprisoned a daemon beneath the stone, held back by arcane devices reinforced with eldritch runes. A dark well that harbours secrets best left alone. The beast has attempted to break free over the years, and the cage shows the wear for it, but for now it holds.

Sogmonnath's Prison - Borough Bound's Description

Deep below Soggy Mountain, just north of the port city of Yllmourne, a great and powerful demon writhes in arcane shackles. Sogmonnath was sealed away long ago, and Yllmourne has remained safe from the Old One's influence. Now, foolhardy villains in the free city toy with dangerous magics they don't understand, and some consider what they might accomplish with Sogmonnath's aid. If they were to unshackle the beast, there's no telling what destruction would ensure.
