Make Lovers mode 22 (Patreon)

I said she only reacts in slow speed during insertion, but I'd like to be able to turn it ON/OFF as an option regardless of the speed.

It looks like this in standby state, but it's a little difficult to make it work in stroke motion without any problems. I'll try my best.
