Make lovers mode 13 (Patreon)

Next, I'll create the emotion change for BJ scene. So far, the emotion changes have been mainly facial expressions and voice, but from here, I'll change the animation patterns as well.

I always thought there was something wrong with half opened eyes, but I realized that it has no blinking, after 17years... This is the default state in Ecstasy mode, so I added it right.
