Make my-tongue (Patreon)

I'd like to make My-Tongue, not My-Hand, but I'm facing a problem right away. It's that I've completely forgotten the structure of the program. So I'm going to start with the back part, which seems to be the easiest.

This target-like object is what I call the "Cursor area engine", which keeps my-hand out of this area and controls various parameters. It can also change the rotation angle of the hands depending on the relative coordinates, Let's try that. 

In the case of the tongue, I took a larger rotation angle and got this movement. It may need a little more adjustment.
