Update notification of the costume sets (Patreon)

When you update the game itself, the additional costume sets will usually need to be updated as well. So, if you use an older version, you'll get a message like above, and when you click the button, it'll open a browser and allow you to download the latest version.
However, the security programs should react anyway, so I'll make it clear that it'll only connect to the Internet when you press the button with the "globe icon".
The only sites that will be connected are my website and in the future the each store, so if security warns you, please allow any of them.
I'm still working on bug fixes and other minor (but essential) improvements like this. Thanks for your understanding.
