Fix the TV bug (Patreon)

I'll fix the bug that you can touch the face on the TV in the background.

The faces are loaded from the same external file for both the original and the TV, so you can also touch the TV. In this case, the usual way is to add a new empty button (touch area) on top like above, but I want to make it easier.

Convert the entire TV part into a button with a script and immediately disables it. 

Done.
