Resize nipples 7 (Patreon)

The function of flipping only the nipple part of a garment, the structure here is also quite complicated, but I must fundamentally remake it due to the effect of adding a nipple resizing settings. This part was already made more than ten years ago, so I had a very inefficient way to make it, although I can make it simpler now.
BTW, when rubbing this place, only the nipple part was displayed on the clothes, but I have to give it up. Instead, I'll improve so that you can play with it even if clothes are not flipped.
