Making mini skirt 9 (Patreon)

I also made a color change interface for the mini skirt, so check if it can be colored correctly.

Since the entire belt is specified for coloring, the buckle has become the same color.
Only the buckle can not be pulled out from the belt due to the structure, so I multiply it the reverse phase value and force to return to its original color.
