Draw stitching lines focusing on good looking. It's a little too much as it is, so...

Convert lines to fill, apply the multiply filter and test the coloring. This should look natural with any color.

Next, add highlights. Does it look glossy?

I try something new. Add a shadow to the breast part and mask the protruding area in real time. This will deform the shadow at the same time when the breasts are moved.

Anyway, this is a rough design of the completed one. The pantyhose will be fishnet stockings.
BTW, is it correct to call this garment a "bunny suit"?
