Hobbyist VN: The Dark Tower (Patreon)

I had an impulsive brainstorm and rampage during the weekend, and did a bunch of backgrounds and some test designs for a possible visual novel/simulation game.

The idea being that you're a non-descript adventurer from either extravagant or humble background, the is venturing to the Dark Tower to find the mysteries of the universe. Along the way you encounter numerous other adventurers, all approaching the tower for their own reasons. (And I went for a heavily battle scarred and nude design.... just because it's fun)

Mechanically, a lot of the encounters and outcomes could be related to battle, murder, seduction, lore, or romance. With each character even having an "abandon the dungeon" ending. As well, what you've done during the quest to the Tower potentially influencing what happens to you in The Void.

Attached is a VERY crude example of how the Knight's encounter could go. Though since I've made it- my dream would be to have multiple encounters with Knight through the story rather than just the one. (For PC only, sorry Mac users!)
