There is a fairly new mod on LL you should try called Make Skyrim Straight Again although it's made for a male PC but it's well done and can run alongside Amorous Adventures

Im new to skyrim mdding. im using Vortex and none of the mods are appearing in the plugins floder and dont appear to be installed when oppening the game although it says 13 active mods. What do?

Select all those active mods, under the mod tab not the plugin tab(directly above the plugin tab) , then go to the top. Select deploy mods.
