So, I'm a recent join, but honestly, I joined so you had the freedom. If you suddenly release that you are reducing to every second week, then, meh, see you every other week. Just make sure you guys figure out your work life balance to keep going for the long haul, and we'll be here. The frequency is reassuring, but thats more about making sure you are around. even a pic that says "working hard, see you next week" is enough.
