Hey everyone Jeannie's back from Korea and we're back for some extra content.

Currently we're considering some kind of live stream, a game or reading comments for the next video.

Risotto was pretty good.  A bit bland, definitely should be a side dish to some kind of protein.

You can download the videos from vimeo, you just click on the video player and a download icon comes up. At least that's how it works on mobile. You should be able to download it on pc too.

여보세요! Love to hear the details about Jeannie's Korean trip so I can compare it to mine last July :-). I'm a Korean born orphan from the Korean War days (so yes I'm old) and just now trying to learn the language. So keep talking Korean Jeannie! Love both you guy's - you have everything people can envy smarts, good looks, talent and a cool life style (only one exception maybe … stature ;-). Oh, how about a trip to Irvine (I can show you around)? It's 62% Asian, green, good food and has some great places to buy Jeannie more clothes (just a little pricey)!

I don't know why but you guys eating risotto right next to the ear wax removal kit got me laughing. I find your cooking videos to be extremely enjoyable so my vote is that you keep doing this! Maybe try some dishes you've always wanted to try making yourselves, doesn't need to be game themed. Much love.

Many of those containers of Broth come with 1-step open lids. I thought the same thing once and even went to return the broth when they told me. I believe it is probably written somewhere on the container.

Ya'll realize that one of the main ingredients in any risotto is butter, right? It's supposed to be a very fat-forward, rich dish. That's why it started to dry out so much for you. I also recommend adding the parmesan before the salt since it's a particularly salty cheese. Along the same line, I'd also recommend adding the spice mix while boiling in the broth, since it draws out more of the flavor.

I think they are kind of cute that they think we aren't going to Google what they tell us in Korean especially as they just told us it was in Korean some of us may not, but I'm sure out there will be someone who will Google it, so I would still recommend caution LOL

started very strong but - wine after you add the rice, keep your stock hot, add stock in 2-4oz at a time, and you pretty much have to constantly be stirring. good job adding the cheese at the end.
