Twitter account is blocked (Patreon)

I received 5 DMCA strikes for my old nintendo related pictures within the last month and now my account is suspended.
Same situation was a year ago. I did a counter claims and got my tweets back. But now I've got no response from Twitter at any of them.  I can appeal to unsuspend my account but who knows how long it will take to perform my case
