Some Updates (Patreon)

I wanted to let you all know that a nearly 2hr episode of A BIT OF A CHAT is coming this week, with special returning guest Andy Richter. We had quite a lovely conversation last week, and I can't wait for you to hear it.

I also recently stumbled over the fact that A BIT OF A CHAT has over 500 episodes (since the episodes aren't numbered, I hadn't been keeping count). So, Happy Over-500 to the show, and to what I found out is an average of over 50,000 downloads a month across the catalogue. Which, when I saw that, I admit made me a bit depressed in wishing that it could somehow be monetized to reflect that continued interest, but then it immediately made me even more grateful to Patrons like you for supporting keeping this 15-year labor of love going.

There are a few more episodes and surprises coming before this year ends, and I'm very excited to share them with you. I'm also working on mastering the audio from old-school taped interviews that never saw the light of day, featuring some quite interesting guests.

This has been a rough year in many ways, but I'm genuinely enthused for the future.
