Heyyy ! I hope everyone is doing well....again thanks for being patient with me this month while I get back on track with the content, so here is a  sneak peek of a current work in progress I'm building! It's going to be a Comedy Club/Entertainer/Music build.  I'm also thinking to make it a "Get To Work" office/event center as well and I may drop a base content version with no cc & a version exactly like mine is in game with cc....Stay tuned!
