Did you like Chapter 4 Part 1 😉.
Jokes aside I said I would explain things later but now that you've played it I guess there's no need to explain much. Of course I couldn't release this update in advance for patreons as it would have meant that it wouldn't publicly release on the 1rst of April and ruin the prank.
Well, financially speaking it is a pretty bad decision, I know. But still I can't let that ruin my ideas.
Still, I didn't expect my income to go down with this update. Well... it is what it is.

If it wasn't clear enough, I indeed lied to you guys for a while now to prepare for this April Fool prank. So this means Chapter 4 Part 1 isn't done yet, especially since doing the April Fool update took a long time, I'll talk about it later in this post.
If I was to give a rough idea for Ch4P1 release date, I'd say in a month or so. Once again, it can vary and it's just an estimation.

Something I need to clarify aswell. I made a poll about a Chapter with a female protagonist. I know it's easy to link this with the April Fool update however it has no link at all. I had already started working on this update when I made the poll and since this update is just a prank I didn't really care whether everyone would like it. More like I knew some people wouldn't.
So the poll was refering to a future Chapter so yeah it might still happen.

Now let's talk about this update. Roughly a month ago, I had the idea of making a prank for April Fool where Lazuli ends up in a world where everything is reversed. I loved the idea so I got straight into working on it. I had so many ideas and doing everything in 1 month was super tight so I worked my ass off. You remember when I said I was sick ? Well it's very probably because of overworking myself on the update. Don't misundertsand, I have no regrets whatsoever.
Working on this update was a breath of fresh air, it was just fun to work on something so random where I don't have to care about coherency, characters consistency, story, plot...
I was just making whatever I wanted and it was a blast. Which is why, maybe in the future I'll release a few "What if" chapters. It's not a given and may just not happen but it's an idea that I like. Of course this means that it would delay normal releases. Honestly, the more I think about it, the more I think it will happen. I just have a lot of cool ideas, I'll probably make a poll for that later on.
