other things you have to consider are paparazzi, the press paying bounties for first picture of MC, the scandal itself and the list of events go on... And last a royal family is very powerful compered to MC and easy ruin his basketball career

Positive solution: let the princess attend college and let meet each other. it's very common princes or princess attend a college in the U.S. for some semesters. During their stay of course they have girl/boyfriends using p-pill or protection to avoid conceiving a bastard.

this is getting into some really weird territory now. It kind of has to be "fleeing her family and starting new." She's probably a woman who turned to her college friend to help her find a man willing to impregnate her so she can get renounced by her family and allowed to stay in the US. I mean, once she was married she probably wouldn't be allowed to leave the country, so that eliminates 2 of the choices, and I don't see how a loyal daughter would be doing this.

I see some people saying royals would never do this as the kid wouldn't be legitimate, are you fucking kidding me? Having heirs is literally the most important thing for a royal family to do, they would do just about anything rather than admit that a prince is sterile. The only strange thing is that they would use an outsider rather than someone within their own power structure, royal families are certainly powerful but they're a lot *more* powerful in their own lands than in the US.

middle eastern princess,.. hmm, you say "royal family" like a mere broodmare has any say in what happens to her,.. seriously, her only real option to have any control over her own life is to disappear and hope her family doesn't look too hard. Well it depends where in the succession she is, if she's an only child and next in line they'll never let her go, if she has several older siblings with families they may well not give a damn.
