A New Chapter, an old story. (Patreon)

Hey there.

This is a general schedule course correction warning, preceding the next month.

Long story short: We're going for Cheap Tricks 3 Remake. If you want to know why, follow the flow.

After every release I get a couple of days off to rest, and come back to make some work behind the scenes. 

Lately, things are evolving nicely: all characters converted, many cars are ready to go, some scenes and some plot points being pushed forward, also, did fixes, improved methods of work, working materials are being applied faster and with better results....

While working on that I did some extended tests in a DV 29 scene - that resulted in an extra render set to be released soon at my PATREON - some plot edits and some heavy scene dives: cleaned stuff, modeled scene parts, fixed others. Also fixed my dForce clothing simulation stuff that was not working, even bought outdated plugins out of desperation trying it to make it work again... in the end it works again, so, I'm happy for that.

At the same time, some of the things that were "FINISHED", like Cheap Tricks Vanessa's house main scene (contains old and new house) had a lot of faulty things I just found out while testing a base scene for a remake that happens during the night.

I've found more and more faulty things, making me spend a lot of time on it... making me realize it is time to bet and beat the beast: time to make a new chapter happen in a new set: night time, and that chapter will be Cheap Tricks Chapter 3 (the old chapter 2).

It would be much easier to just keep going forward with NCA warehouse or catwalk that have the scenes polished, but I really need to keep pushing myself for finishing and hard testing the scenes for the future of my series, and for that I need to take a step back remaking a stablished chapter.

This remake won't be a simple copy/paste: I want to show Vanessa's dream! I drafted some ideas and tested the models, so, we're good to go for something new.

About the schedule, I'll be postponing extra renders and AI for the extra render set featuring the Young house: Destiny, Jessy and David.

Now, about the beauty blonde in the render, it happens after a long day fighting with the textures and heat. It is getting hot here and the render took a lot of time to finish, so, this will be a real challenge... I hope it goes faster on the growth sequences otherwise I'll be in danger.
