To understand this better, compare picture 1 and 2. This is it.

Every time I'm creating a news scene I do some preview rendering and take a look around - something necessary after so many time building and modifying it. 

I'm making the scenes more consistent, like Vanessa's neighborhood having 2 big scenes, Gianness City downtown that is huge and Domina's Valley University area, this mean that they must make some sense and that they are practically permanent now, so they must look good and work good.

Since integrating TT's, Giselle's apartment and the University, DV main scene got a lot more complicated, so, every time I look back into it I'm fixing stuff.

This time I did some displacement/bump/reflection treatment on the low poly buildings close to TT's (there, where the dumb rendering crash was happening) so the scene may look a bit more real without the need of additional 3D mesh. These maps are industry standard and I'm using them on the raw knowledge above the basic shader that render faster, not even uber base, but it looks sweet <3

I used a similar resource at Dorm District (pool scene) and improved it a bit so it won't suffer from the mistakes I made there (at least until I have enough firepower to render everything on progressive...).

We don't have the best PC parts selling here, and now that Dark board that is mega perfect is not selling here I'm not sure I'll be able to upgrade so soon... I mean, I did many mistakes here on my setup, part 'cause of lack of knowledge of Ryzen+ cons, part 'cause I didn't have enough money and part 'cause just needed it ASAP... and that's me ranting again about PC parts shortage, lol.
