So, I'm back at this project. I'm aiming for delivering it next month before the NCA 7 because, beyond all the background building for Domina's Valley and Cheap Tricks, this chapter explains a bit more Phoebe's relation with Mr. Tyson and is part of the lore that will make the next NCA even more enjoyable.

Let's see how far I can push with this, the chapter was left hanging in the beginning of the year because it had a lot of stuff to decide on.
