Happy New Year, dear Patreon family!

Thank you for stepping into 2022 with me, here on Patreon. This community has changed my creative life and allowed me freedom to create music on my own terms. You have done that for me. I can't thank you enough.

I've been a bit MIA on the social media front... it's been nice to be unplugged for a few weeks, especially since Patryk and I are just finally getting over Strep throat. As we drove home from the holidays in the north east, we felt it coming on. We've been pathetic little couch potatoes for the first week of 2022, but now that we are finally feeling better, we are headed to 30A Songwriters Festival this weekend!

I'll leave you a voicemail after the next two weeks of tour. It's sure to be an adventure.

Today I wanted to share a special performance video with you.

Last year, I was contacted by an organization called Send Musicians To Prison. Prior to COVID, they sent musicians to perform in maximum security prisons in NY, CA, NC and TN.  Johnny Cash style. In an effort to reach inmates during a pandemic, Send Musicians To Prison began filming live performances in a Nashville studio. They created a network, free to jails and prisons, for inmates to enjoy on tablets. Over 70,000 inmates have access to tablets, where they can watch musical performances, interviews with returned citizens, exercise programs and more. It's a pretty cool thing Send Musicians To Prison is doing, and I am honored that they asked me to film a few songs.

Doesn't hurt that they know a thing or two about recording and filming. The quality of their videos is top notch. I hope you enjoy it!

Be well, stay healthy, and I'll talk to you soon.

XO - LL
