Most nights on tour, I share the story of how "Send You My Love" was written with a seven year old girl from Dallas name Rylee. If you haven't heard the story, I spill the beans in the video above.

Two weeks ago, when I toured through Texas, it happened to be Rylee's 10th birthday! I had the day open before my Dallas house concert, so we spent the day together and had way too much fun... drinking venti Starbucks drinks, eating rolled ice cream, and shopping at Rylee's favorite toy store. Best pre-show hang ever. :) The next day was Rylee's Harry Potter themed birthday party, which I was honored to attend.

When chatting with her grandfather, he reminded me of the video above from 2019... from when we shared the stage at the gorgeous Kessler Theater, and did our first public duet of our song! I had to share it with you! It's honestly one of my favorite moments I've ever had on stage.

I dug up these photos, too. They bring a smile to my face.

Backstage in the green room:

Flower power!

Before arriving at the venue, Rylee asked me what color nail polish I was wearing. Midnight blue. She then showed up with matching nails! Too cute.

Post - show smiles with Rylee's grandparents, Rylee, and the very talented Scott Mulvahill.

On Oct 29th, our Smoakstack studio-recorded duet will be out in the world as part of the Acoustic EP of Funeral For My Past. :) Rylee's dream is for Joe Jonas to hear our song, so if you know him....

Pretty please PRE-SAVE our song here: https://tonetree.ffm.to/funeralpast

One of my most memorable LIz Longley concerts <3. I was lucky enough to be sitting front row, right in front of Liz, and later got to meet the infamous Rylee at the merch table. You can hear my famous whistle at the end :-D .
