Wednesday Ben's Day News #31 - Patreon Ambassador and Beneos 2.0 (Patreon)

A short and sweet update!

Beneos Battlemaps is an official Patreon Ambassador for German-speaking countries!
This is pretty cool, because as Ambassadors we serve as a direct connector between Patreon and other creatives. There are regular meetings happening with the Patreon-Team and we are able to provide feedback and be involved in exciting decision-making processes. That also means that we can be a direct connection between you as Patrons and Patreon -if you have feedback, let us know and we'll take it with us!

What's cool about the Ambassador Programm?
The program is an effort to cross that bridge between the platform Patreon and the creatives using this platform, to form a shared identity, a feeling of togertheness, not just one of a platform and its users. Its hard to make it not sound like flowery marketing language, but there absolutely is an honest effort from Patreon to encourage creators to not simply be users of a platform, but to actually grow together and explore an identity as Patreon creators, if that makes sense. That's what we're working on! 

Our experience so far...
...has been pretty awesome, not gonna lie. We already attended several meetings with Patreon and other Creatives and its honestly inspiring and just really cool to connect with so many creative and dedicated people from both sides, share experiences and ideas, as well as participate in this process I've tried to outline above.  

So thank you for your support and for putting us on the map! Now back to Barovia...

Beneos 2.0 continues to make stuff easier!
All Curse of Strahd maps have been transferred into the Beneos 2.0 format. Patreons using Moulinette can already enjoy the absolutely foolproof and satisfyingly uncomplicated access and installation process of the Curse of Strahd maps and sceneries. The rest of the maps are undergoing the transformation process and will be coming next - we expect everything to be done at the mid of June.
