What am I thinking about? Good question, Patreon. Let me tell you what I'm thinking about!

Memes, obviously!

Come join our Discord!

The offical Beneos Battlemaps discord passed the 1000 member mark a while ago.  What mostly started as several layers of tech support has now become a sprawling hub of creative exchange, memes and, well, still a lot of tech support. If you need some assistance in implementing our content into your game, have some dank memes to share or just want in on some juicy community hijinks - feel free to drop by!

Web developers - we could use your help!

There are countless future map releases on the horizon, both fully devised on our own or possibly based on official D&D content. Same goes for Beneos Tokens - we created over 100 fully animated tokens for more than 46 homebrew creatures in half a year. As you know by now, accessibility and user-friendliness is very important to us. We want the Beneos experience to be as streamlined, smooth and polished as possible. There needs to be some index for both maps and tokens, where Dungeon Masters can quickly browse all our content to find the one map or the one token they need right now.
That's why we plan on creating and releasing a tag based search engine, enabling users to quickly  search for specific tokens or maps. There are no concrete plans on how to achieve this yet, only broad strokes and lofty ideas. If you have some experience in web development and are interested in helping us out, feel free to shoot us a message!

New token release - the Garghoul!

This creature is more than a clever pun, it's also an undead screech machine eager to mess with your players. It specializes in nighttime abductions, so hide your small party members! If you pay attention to the lore snippets that come with every free statblock, you'll notice a connection to its smaller brethren, the Ghoul Wretchling. All we can say is: There's more where that comes from.

Let's leave it on this ominous note - stay healthy, roll some dice and see you next week!
