I say "near-final" because there's gonna be some changes I want to make before I upload this to the public on Friday. 

Also, the building itself was supposed to have an entirely different structure, but I wasn't able to see that was going to fit in with the others in the sketch phase. X_X

As usual, I'll upload any changes that will happen if need be.
