Luna pin redo (Patreon)

I liked the old pin design, I really did, but everything came out too small to see so they were often overlooked. In the meantime I'll be redoing them.

Shoulder update: I'm on some meds for the shoulder, still waiting an x ray and proper diagnosis. It feels a little better but is still easily exacerbated. I will try and post when I can and I really appreciate y'all sticking with it.
