After watching the full week of the rationing videos, I think I know why I am over fed (or was that weight?) I need to get the garden expanded to include some more root veggies. Maybe add a couple chickens for bug control/eggs.

I'm interested to know how the change in diet affected Ian. He mentioned giving up soda and drinking tea. Any health changes? Any side effects in general to the different diet?

Interesting series but that's why this channel is so great. I'm going to try some of these recipes myself, maybe tart them up a bit, but I think these would be a good fit for my lifestyle.

On another note (and because I don't know another way to contact you) I was wondering if you had any experience or thoughts on the Mantis x training device. You lot are always on the bleeding edge of.

Shooting technology and this concept would fit right in. I'm sure most viewers would appreciate your thoughts. Cheers.

Can we get a recipe for National Loaf? Does it have freedom baked in?

Scott Walworth

Great series! I think you should have called this episode "Weaponized Rutabaga". Did families boarding American soldiers get extra rations or did Uncle Sugar take care of that?
