Please note that this is an adult conversation about adult topics at a hacking conference that includes bourbon and whiskey. There some f-bombs and adult language, so if that’s a problem for you, please skip this one.
Squeaking this in at the last minute to be still in July! :)

In this very special Q&A from DefCon25, we have Deviant Ollam as a guest. Deviant is a world class physical security system expert, who quite literally gets paid to break into secure facilities. While that’s his main focus, it extends well beyond that into firearms, culture and more. He’s also my friend and therefore a perfect candidate to have on this diversely focused channel we call InRange.
You’ll find that we don’t agree on everything in this discussion, and you may disagree with one of us as well while watching. That’s fine and healthy. Discuss it appropriately with respect and show your work. A back and forth discourse on volatile topics is essential to a health society and is a quintessential part of true hacker culture!
You can find Deviant Ollam via his website:

I don’t currently have a question but I wanted to thank you for putting together this Q&A. The tech/firearms rights crossover is extremely exciting to me and I can’t wait to see what you have in store for us.

Deviant (shut up, I know you’re there), are there any updates to the “packing in the friendly skies” idea given current events? I would love to hear Ian’s and Karl’s opinion on the matter as well.
