Would be interesting to see how effectively this piece and the pepperbox could be brought into action from a victorian-style muff. I do not like the idea of flagging the opposite hand while it is concealed inside.

The DAO trigger on this is very heavy, you'd have to make a serious mistake to fire this accidentally.
