A respected person lives in this house when he gets tired of the bustle of the city. He doesn't like to be disturbed by travelers, but he has what you need. Will you be able to negotiate or give your rogue a chance to get it from the treasury in stealth. And you can do both. While the others distract the owner of the house and his suspicious guards, the rogue does his job.
