Flea market [32x44] (Patreon)

This market appeared spontaneously on the outskirts of the city. Residents traded here and got rich, built houses. They pay bribes and maintain a criminal gang that guards them. This market is a separate city within the city. The mayor of the city does not like this, but he can no longer do anything except to prevent the construction of a normal road.
