Story by Sophiie93

“Let's go slower this time...  I don't want our legs to hurt at night” Lucy said.

“Come on, sis… if they hurt it's because we're exercising them well. It’s for being healthy!” said Sophie “Don't be whiny…”

“Dawww but then we have a hard time standing up…” Lucy said, kicking the floor with one of their feet as they both walked out of their apartment and onto the street, wearing tight clothes and carrying a bottle of water. They were ready for a good day of jogging through the park.

“Okay, what about this? Let's keep the same pace as usual but let's do it for 30 less minutes than last time” Sophie said as they got ready by stretching their four arms and their legs while tying pigtails in their hair.

Lucy smiled victoriously “Deal!”

“Sigh… I'm sure our body would be much more athletic if I were the only one living in it,” Sophie said as she blew air through her nose. They both began walking towards the park.

“Hehe… but you would be bored if you were alone… especially at nights” Lucy said. Sophie blushed, looking at the people around. A girl looked at them with a surprised expression.

“G-Geez… keep your voice down, Lucy!” Sophie said, then she opened the water bottle and took a sip while she touched her blushed cheeks “L-Let's not start with that… I need my mind clear to exercise”

“You're adorable when you're embarrassed,” Lucy said as they approached the park.

Sophie just smiled “You tell me that every day. Now focus and let’s start jogging!” Sophie said, touching Lucy’s cheek with a finger. Lucy sighed and nodded, coordinating with her sister to start jogging.

A lifetime of sharing a body meant that Sophie and Lucy perfectly mastered their breathing rhythm, even under intense exercise, taking turns and taking short breaths to stay oxygenated. There was only one problem: Lucy tends to talk too much when she gets bored of exercising.

“And… that's why… I want to get one of those… bean bags… to rest… after running” Lucy said trying to manage her breath. The girls stopped in their tracks and Sophie wiped the sweat from her forehead with her wristband, laughing a little as she caught her breath.

“I swear… working out… with you… is quite a challenge…” Sophie said.

“Ooops… am I using too much air?” Lucy said. Sophie just nodded, breathing heavily.

“I'm sorry…” Lucy said “…I get bored doing it… and I enjoy talking with you” Lucy said, looking down a little. Sophie immediately looked at her, touching her nose with a finger. “Me too… I'd be bored if I didn't have you… talking to me and distracting me from… how tired our legs feel”

Lucy smiled and then looked at her legs. “Phew… jeez… they even hurt a little now”

“Let's walk a little… while we catch our breath” Sophie said. They both headed to the trail while they hydrated a little. In the distance they could see a familiar figure.

“Wait… Isn’t that…?” Sophie said, surprised when her legs moved and they began to jog again towards the girl on the bench.

“Antonella!! Heeeey!" Lucy said moving all four hands. The girls stopped in front of Antonella, who was sitting on the bench wearing exercise clothes similar to theirs. She seemed to be resting with her second head resting on her thighs.

“O-Oh hello, girls! What a surprise to see you two here!” Antonella said, adjusting her hair and blowing wind to her face with a pair of hands “Is a bit hot for exercising… isn’t it?”

"Surprise?" Sophie said, looking at her with some doubt “We come here every da-”

"Yeeeyy! An exercise partner… just what we needed,” Lucy interrupted excitedly.

“Hehe… of course, I was just resting right now” Antonella said, while she stretched out her arms. Sophie continued to look at her with some doubt as Lucy continued talking.

“Do you always come here? We do every day,” said Lucy.

“Eeeh…yeah. Jessica recommended me to start exercising and she's right. I haven't exercised since I mutated and mutant health isn't perfect either, so here I am"

"Nice!" said Lucy “Is good that you've already started, that’s the hardest part for me. If it weren't for the fact that Sophie makes me do it"

“Mmmm…” said Sophie “…by the way, if you've already started, how come you don't have a single drop of sweat?”

“Uh… I…” Antonella said a little nervously.

“You didn’t even started, right?” Lucy said, looking at her with some disappointment.

“…”

“…”

“No…” Antonella said, resigning herself to being scolded. Sophie and Lucy sighed touching their foreheads at the same time.

“You can't be this lazy…” said Sophie.

“…I just don't know how to run with my new body,” said Antonella.

"New?" Lucy said, tilting her head.

“It's been more than three years since you mutated… wait…” Sophie said.

“You haven't run even once since you mutated?!” they both said in unison.

“It's just… I need some advice,” said Antonella, somewhat blushing. The girls waited for her response with their arms crossed.

“How can I run without making my tail bounce and getting dizzy?” Antonella said, lifting her tail. “It moves too much when I try to run...”

The girls remained silent for a few seconds and then relaxed their shoulders. Sophie looked at her own butt. “We may be mutants but the one with a tail-head is you…”

“We have no idea how you move it,” Lucy said, smiling and squeezing the cheeks of Antonella's tail with her hands.

“But I think you should compensate for the movement by moving the neck of the tail to the opposite side from which you are bouncing… I think it's obvious,” said Sophie.

“That’s the simplest solution but it's difficult…” Antonella sighed, looking at herself with her heads.

“Put those two brains to work then!” Lucy said laughing.

Sophie and Lucy walked away from Antonella and gesturing towards her, “Come on, little by little.”

Antonella smiled and stood up, making a few small jumps and compensating for the movement of her tail “It's hard to be precise”

“From here it looks like you did pretty well…” Lucy said.

“It will be difficult to run at your pace…” Antonella said a little disappointed. The twins looked at each other and nodded.

“It wouldn't hurt to go slower, right Sophie?” Lucy said suggestively.

“You won't miss the chance to escape from exercise even once, right?” Sophie said.

“Nope!” Lucy replied, jumping on Antonella to hug her.

Antonella returned the hug “Thank you girls… I will try hard… but not more than an hour of exercise”

“Yeey!” Lucy said giving Antonella a high five.

“Pffft… you two would never exercise if I left you alone” Sophie said.

“I’m lucky you can't leave me alone,” Lucy said, sticking her tongue out.

The three spent the afternoon exercising until they perfected Antonella's movements. Although Sophie and Lucy had severe leg pain the next day.
