Betty was adjusting her cute witch costume in time to go to this year's Halloween party. Suddenly, she saw her partner Steph sitting on the couch and dressed casually.

"Steph! Come on, we'll be late if you don't get dressed now!" Betty said angrily.

"Easy, I have my costume right in this bottle," said Steph playing with a small bottle of green liquid. Betty recognized it and panicked.

"Steph! Is that mutagen? It's dangerous," Betty yelled.

"Without RISK there is no reward", said Steph swallowing all the content, "And if I arrive as a sexy mutant it will be the best to enjoy ...", Steph fell when she felt the effect on her body of the concentrated mutagen. Suddenly her body tensed completely and Betty watched in horror as she began to grow larger and larger. Her breasts grew several times the size as her nipples began to turn into mouths. Two new arms appeared under her original pair. Her fingers on her hands fused into powerful claws. Betty saw Steph's neck begin to stretch as she began to look more monstrous. Something was also growing on the side of her neck, which Betty recognized as a second head.

Betty fled the room while Steph continued to grow until she destroyed the ceiling of the room. At this point she was only communicating with great roars as she waved a huge reptilian tail. The 40-foot-tall MonsterGirl started heading towards the city, destroying everything in her path before the terrified gaze of her best friend.
