This is my entry for the "Seiko Watanabe's 2020 Art Contest That Ends The Year With Joy, Love, and Awesomeness" contest.

To do this, I had to illustrate Seiko Watanabe, a very cute and spirited character. This cute 19-year-old girl, of Russian-Japanese descent, has the peculiarity of having four arms (yes, I know, I didn't have to get out of my comfort zone). XDDD
