Transformation Face Off Ideas (Patreon)

I think the Hyper Slice of Life Face Off was very successful! While working on the final two pics for it, I've already been thinking ahead to the next one. Since it's October I thought I'd try something vaguely Halloween themed, and TF seemed like an obvious choice.

I've got a few ideas—mostly the standard cliche transformation fare like turning into a cow from drinking milk. But I'm really interested to hear what other ideas you all have! If there's a particular scenario / species / type of TF you like, let me know in the comments. I'm looking for full body species changes in particular (probably will be all human-into-furry stuff). So I'm going to stay away from body part TF, gender TF, and inanimate object TF.

Here are a few of the ideas I have so far:

• Cow TF from drinking milk

• Dolphin or orca TF from a bite by something unseen in the ocean

• A full-body latex suit that TFs the wearer into a centaur

• Hormone growth induced TF in the locker room from steriods

Definitely interested in any more you might have along those lines!

For the actual project, I'm going to try something little bit different for this one. Since transformation works better as sequential images rather than a single still image, I want to do these as mini-comics. (This also gives me a chance to practice more comic-ing outside of the Happy Birdday comic.) 

To keep things sane though, I'm going to stick to just sketches for all of them. The bracket will determine how detailed the sequence gets. So for example, the first round will done as just a single page, say four or five panels. So it shows the TF, but maybe not a lot of story. The finalists will be done as 2 - 3 pages, and the final one will be 4+ pages.

Also to keep from overburdening myself with work, I think I may limit this bracket to just 8 ideas. So there will be 2 semi-finalists that are 1 page, 1 finalist that's 2 - 3 pages and one winner that's 4+ pages. If I have time to do more (hah) I can always do loser run-offs as well.

Ooh! I'm thrilled to see you moving in this direction, I have plenty of ideas to toss into the contest. "Clone Corruption TF." A male human has just received a deep railing from a hyperherm raven. He begins to transform into a hyperherm raven, sprouting feathers, balls and shaft swelling, fluffy-feathered chest pillowing forward. At the end, he's identical to the bird who's corrupted him.

Oversized clothing (or underwear) That makes the wearer fit it, not the other way around.

GOSH that centaur idea is so good. Hmm, what about a nerdy guy jokingly puts on cow horns, but that turns him into a huge, burly, hairy minotaur? Massive horns and a massive broad body!

WOO TF FACE OFF! :D There's always the classic: Snake-bite causing snakeTF, but you already have the whole 'bite from something underwater' thing, so I propose this alternative snakeTF situation: constriction from a big feral snake [or naga!] causing the human in the coils to be squeezed out into a serpentine shape. Although on that note, dolphin or orcas aren't really known for biting people, are they? Wouldn't that be more like a shark TF thanks to a shark bite? Anyway, how about.. spider TF thanks to running into a giant spider web and getting tangled in it so much that it cocoons the person, leading to a cocoon-housed TF. Might have to do some X-ray stuff to see inside. Otherwise, the spider person would emerge without us having seen the change. Another classic trope: Smelling something that causes a TF. Perhaps a skunk's spray leads to a skunkTF, or just a 'special perfume/cologne' could lead to any species TF. Also in the arena of smellTF is a flower causing some kind of plantTF, or at least a species more associated with the forest, like a deer. Or maybe a plant-themed deer? Get in touch with nature, in any case! And some quick thoughts: Fall in some mud: pigTF (could be someone obsessively neat, turning into a very happily messy/dirty hog) Playing with fire: dragonTF (A pyromaniac's dream!) WerewolfTF thanks to a werewolf bite - but of course, it could be a lovebite during sex with a werewolf lover. >___> A little something for your love of multi-ness: a plate of Calamari causes someone to turn squidy, with the extra limbs that entails [although I suppose you like multi more when it's extra limbs that _shouldn't_be there.]

BirdTF thanks to the 'lucky' event of a bird's poop landing on them. - Or perhaps someone changing into a bird because they picked up a pretty feather on the ground. [Don't touch that, you don't know where it's been.] Oh, and don't forget the classic cursed amulet route. It could lead to just about anything, though. Let's say it's Egyptian and from a Sobek cult, though, for a buff gator-man result, hmm? Speaking of classic TFs: A witch is angered (on Hallowe'en, no doubt) and zaps the offending party into a frog. Just, this time, it's an anthro frog, to be her ever-loyal sexy manservant/maid? Oh, and if I can refine your 'drinking milk' idea: I would assume they have some of that controversial bovine growth hormone in that milk, right? Perhaps leading to a hyper herm? (The formula is meant to make bigger cattle, male or female!) Although, I was kinda assuming all of this would be a bit hyper-tinged, because it's you. Sheep or RamTF: Wearing a cool wool-lined jacket or a wool sweater.. the wool kinda rubs off (or constricts onto) on the wearer and infects them / implants onto them, enacting the rest of the TF. Someone in leather fetish gear that's patterned after horse riding tack becomes a horse anthro that fits into said tack way better. Speaking of kink suits, there's also those puppy play suits, you know. That just writes itself! Someone is going to die thanks to exposure to the freezing cold, or from falling into a semi-frozen lake: they are blessed with a TF into a polar bear or penguin, or seal, or anything that can survive just such conditions.

Oh, I should have said this when on the topic of spiderTF: Do the classic Spider-man setup of getting bitten by a 'radioactive spider', but have the result be an anthro spider person, not a super hero. :P

Haha, I should've figured you'd have the most to say about this. x) Interestingly, I think the idea I like the most is the last one here—the "real" spider man.

A character comes across a cabinet of animal transformation potions, accidentally knocks them all over and they break. Said character ends up transforming with a load of random animal bodyparts or into a chimera of the ones that break.

I shouldn't be surprised that Amethystine absolutely popped off and listed most of the fun or obvious ideas, haha! What about a classic super-science experiment? That could be fun! A test subject in a jumpsuit labeled with big block text and barcode getting blasted with a ray gun... and once they transform into a furry and grow big enough to burst out of their clothes it's revealed that they have an identical tattoo in the same place beneath on their tits and dick! Something lewd and punny, too. Like "#80085" for a herm or "#455" for a femboy with a huge butt. Or perhaps someone in a spacesuit, bombarded by cosmic rays, finds themselves erupting out of it as they transform into a hyper-endowed alien capable of living in the void of space~

I meant anthro. I assume you meant 'drider', not 'driver'. Driders hadn't occurred to me because I didn't think Pulsar would go for such a creature. But maybe he would, sometime!
