This is a very dark season, but it is all about Tomm'ys mind, he is suicidal he wants out. He feels betrayed. relationships are breaking, fracturing and both Tommy and Arthur are fighting their own demons and at times not very well. The politics side is all about Oswald Moseley (real dispocable man from History) and the rise of facism. It's an ideology that needs defeating and Tommy doesn't know how to handle it, as he cant deal with it as he would usually deal with things.
