I remember well of these first few eps, but there are so many, and it's geat to recall the x files

Great commentary / analysis! The meaning of the episode title should be obvious... Squeeze, lol. As to your questions at the end, they are very good ones. How did this "man", Eugene Victor Tooms, come to be? What exactly is he? Your assumptions are also very interesting regarding possible escapement from prison. Could he do it? Could he not? Obviously it'd be impossible for his whole body to get through that tiny space... but perhaps his arm could be pushed through and elongated to open the door from the other side? These are some things to ponder. I'll try not to reveal much due to spoilers, but if you ever were to take a look at the episode title list - not the descriptions, only the titles for season one episodes - you might be able to see an interesting title towards the end of the season. Maybe we might hear from or even see Eugene Victor Tooms in the future? Keep watching the series. :)
