They actual story of this character is actually dark AF. The story actually ends with her dying at 17. Disney's interpretation of this character is BS.

I should read up on that. Pretty much all the origins of Disney stories and fairytales are really dark. Fairytales in particular we're meant to scare children. Sort of lessons taught through fear.
