Other Game Engine Capabilities
So here's a short description of what Akumi Wars will entail. We'll follow the main character Akumi as she fights across the Hex Realms. You can recruit or capture units you fight and use them on your own team. The fun part will be mixing and matching different character abilities for an optimal team. I can't explain it but from what Adam has shown me of the game engine, it feels unique from other TD games. The characters can have stats like an MMO character does. Chance to critical strike, stats like a chance to dodge damage, varying attack speeds, attack range and obviously attack damage. There will be characters that can raise the dead. There will be things like real time physics damage. A character can cast a projectile that bounces randomly and damages anyone it hits. Things like that. That's why we're working on the game demo to see how this plays out. It's pretty exciting to see how this comes together.
