Couple ideas (Granted I don't know Skeez's personality, or motivations but here you go.) Doing occult research he makes a couple perverted comments and one of the people in the area points him at the Bordello. He finds a client of the Bordello while doing what ever he does, and listening to the sex addict he decides that he wants to visit the place. Paid to drop by and investigate it by some mysterious benefactor / assistant to Demonkiss who is sending more people to her Bordello to become addicted to the perverse. )))
