Nic Jenzen-Jones, Director of Research for Headstamp Publishing, spent some time in Budapest speaking with László Becz, author of "Rifles on the Danube: Hungarian Kalashnikov Firearms 1959-2002". They talked about everything from the history of the FÉG factory to the difficulties in finding and interviewing retired engineers who don't have phones. All in all, Laszlo has put twenty years of work into this book, and it's exciting to see it come fully to fruition now!

as long as they have a fixed stock to it. those wire stocks are horrible. wonder how difficult it is to get a collectors license in hungary.

Thank you for the video. That was fascinating! It is always a wonderful experience to see and hear someone who is passionate about a subject speak about the experience of learning new things and exactly HOW one goes about learning things. So much discover of things you did not know you needed to or COULD learn about lead to new troves of information. Historical research and preservation at its finest. I wish Mr. László Becz all the best and a long, happy and prosperous life.
