OC Toonification: ShineofRain's Cleo (Patreon)

Winner of the first OC Toonification drawing was ShineofRain and their OC Cleo. According to Shine, Cleo doesn't care for transformation, and has two ways of dealing with it: regressing to Cute mode or going past to Rage mode.

Well, I've drawn a few cute OCs, but very few RAGE MODE OCs. Couldn't pass that up.
